Order Acceptance

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm EDT. Client suitability must be established before an order is accepted and processed.

Preferrable minimum orders for bullion purchases are:

20 Ounce Lots of Gold
1,000 Ounce Lots of Silver

You pay us in advance a professional fee for our services in facilitating all aspects of your purchase. You pay all fees for Citadel Storage and trust services to New Direction Trust directly.

Our Professional Fee

Engaging our services remains your assurance all precious metals purchased through our firm are vetted for authenticity, stated purity and known chain of custody with written authentication.

Metal prices follow a global market, change by the minute, and orders are locked in by phone. Professional fees are paid in advance for portfolio design, and bank wires for bullion or numismatic offerings are preferred.

We adhere to minimum order limits for bullion and wholesale pricing of gold or silver varies 2% to 5% over market spot for coins, rounds, or bars.

We acquire the lowest wholesale pricing and apply our fee for services.

2020 service fees are generally $55.00 for each ounce of fine gold bullion and $1.10 for each ounce of fine silver bullion. Numismatic coinage fees follow the best practices of supply and demand.

Numismatic PCGS and NGC coinage may be delivered client direct and follow a separate market-based pricing schedule. Applicable State taxes may be subject for personal delivery of these offerings.

Portfolio design follows tight suitability, written authentication, sourcing chain of custody, and coordinating delivery to Brinks secure storage. Clients can seamlessly liquidate sourced assets at present market values for a fee.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, personal checks, bank checks for professional fees only. We do not accept cash.

Secure Delivery

Each segregated order of gold and silver is authenticated prior to transfer to the Citadel depository, a wholly owned subsidiary of APMEX, and a Brink's hardened storage facility. Citadel offers online valuation software to monitor assets and insurance through Lloyds of London for physical loss only. We have negotiated an annual storage fee to Citadel of only 0.45%, with a one-time setup fee of $125.

Portfolio Payment

Your payment to APMEX is subject to the terms of the APMEX User Agreement and the other applicable policies of APMEX to include those of other vendors. We prefer US Bank Wires in good order for the purchase of gold and silver, and wires clearing a US bank. Wires must be remitted the same day that your order is placed. We require funds be on deposit with APMEX before prices can be locked in and your order is fulfilled and transferred to Citadel segregated storage.

Payment by wire transfer means allowance must be made to send the wire before the cut-off time, which is 2:00 pm ET, 1:00 pm CT, 12:00 pm MT and 11:00 am PT at most banks. Most banks will not initiate wires with less than thirty minutes before the wire cut-off time.

Before taking steps to place an order, please determine your bank’s wire transfer procedures. Most banks require the wire instructions documents to be signed in person. Yet some banks accept faxed documents. Only a few banks accept wire instructions by phone.

Payment for precious metals by bank wire transfer enables us to provide a guaranteed price lock. We start the order process as soon as the wire is confirmed, which means that the order is often transferred to Citadel or Brinks depository within 24 hours.

Segregated Storage

Separate fees apply. We mandate shipment of every purchase by Citadel to a Brinks' depository for security, ensuring no break in chain of custody can occur. If you would like to withdraw your precious metal from Citadel, a $50 fee will be required by Citadel to prepare your order for shipment. Available shipment methods, paid by the account owner, are FedEx, UPS, Registered Mail, and Brinks.
